Thank you for your interest in Upper Room Christian Academy.  URCA is a subsidiary of The Upper Room Church and has been established since 1998.  We are a distinctively Christian school that is committed to educational excellence for all our students from 2 years old throughout 9^th grade.   We are  a preparatory school dedicated to preparing our preschoolers for success in grade school and our school students for effectively approaching high school and beyond with confidence and excellence.  Our mission is:

To partner with families and churches to prepare students for biblical, academic and social excellence that they may be ready for every good work in the kingdom of God and in the community while utilizing God First principles. (2 Timothy 2:21)

Our goal is to develop the rock, as mentioned in Luke 6:48, upon which the foundations of children are laid so that they can reach their full potential and be prepared for service in the kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ.  This is accomplished by the joint efforts of a child’s parents, church and the school.  In addition, we have an all Christian, highly qualified, dedicated, caring staff who uses a well rounded biblically integrated curriculum and many other resources to enhance each child’s learning experience.  We have an outstanding athletic department that offers a variety of sports and we offer other electives to develop the talents and abilities of our students.
