7 tips to improve your child’s mental health
1. Teach children words related to meaning.
One of the most important things you can do is teach your children to think and express their thoughts in words. Help your children grow by learning the language of different thoughts and using examples as those thoughts develop for themselves and others.
A person’s actions may be bad, but it is not a bad feeling. Another reason kids don’t want to wake up and talk about bad or anxious feelings is if that’s the hardest thing to do, even if you ask them. His opinion may be confusing. This is the problem. Ideas are important road signs to understand and we follow them. They can teach us where to go and what to see.
Many children fall into depression because of shame and heartache rather than well-being.
